The foundation provides community outreach programs to connect individuals with the resources they need to thrive. Our community outreach initiative focuses on educating individuals and communities to make positive choices for their lives and communities. This includes providing education on disease prevention in rural areas, conducting health screenings, and offering palliative care.
We have developed collaborative partnerships with many community organizations, and community leadership development to empower individuals to be agents of change in their communities.
