We promote random acts of kindness by sensitizing individuals to the burdens of others. We believe that kindness increases the well-being of all parties involved, and that when we are kind to others, we are kind to ourselves. At Lessen my Burden Foundation, we aim to increase kindness in the world and challenge everyone to perform a kind act, no matter how small.
